I recently switched my lawn service in Jersey to Lawn Doctor, based upon my success with them while in Florida however it’s the Service Agent who really makes the difference. Dan was by yesterday for the first treatment of our lawn. I observed Dan from inside our home. He was careful to cover every area of our property., no blade unturned. When his equipment ran dry of granular fertilizer , he went back to the truck to reload. There was no skimping on product being applied. I found Dan to be highly professional, pleasant to speak to and extremely good at his work. Looks like another beautiful lawn through The Lawn Doctor. ~ Robert S

I can't say enough great things about Lawn Doctor! We have been using their services for about 2 years now. Our lawn used to have a lot of weeds, be browning and turning colors in certain areas, and have bald spots. Since we used Lawn Doctor's Services, our lawn is about as green as you can get! We get compliments constantly from neighbors and I've referred everyone to them. They are friendly, very courteous, always call before service appointments, and are always accessible. I reach out to these folks when I have questions or issues and I should and am doing the same here and now when I have nothing but compliments!!! Went thru the spring with literally no dandelions and now when every neighbor is 'sporting crab grass and clover' and I am proudly sporting nothing but green grass across two acres. Lawn is not perfect (but that is on us because of the type of grass seed chosen) but it significantly better than anyone else in the area. I thank you folks for your excellent service!!! ~ Bill B

Just started using them this year. I had to get Power Seeding for my lawn. I was a little nervous since it's a costly service that's extra from the normal visits. The grass is coming in very nicely so far so I would say it was worth the price...and this is on ground that I had a lot of trouble growing grass on my own. Every technician I've spoke with on the phone has been very friendly and helpful for any questions I've had. I've had no issues at all in the short time I've used them. I'm very happy with the service so far. ~ Scott

I have used the Washington, NJ branch of Lawn Doctor for several years. The team is very understanding about calling prior to coming to the house so I have the opportunity to block my dogs from going out. They have always been responsive when there has been an issue (there have been very few.) There are several spots in my lawn where the machine won't fit and the team knows they need to do the application by hand and they do. Overall, I have been pleased with the level of service AND the compliments on my beautiful lawn. ~ Cris H

Consistently impressed with the level of professionalism and care from my Lawn Doctor technician. Recently my lawn was serviced by John. He is someone that represents the company well, communicates clearly, and takes real pride in the work. It’s early in the season but my lawn is looking better. Turned my lawn around in a little over a year. My lawn consisted of weeds and brown spots. Now it is dense, weed free and deep green. Neighbors have told me I have the best looking lawn on the street. I receive notice a couple days in advance of an upcoming treatment. Rescheduling is never a problem and knowing that my lawn service comes at the end of the week, treatments are scheduled for the beginning of the week. This service is knowledgeable and reliable. Kristen is the first representative of lawn doctor to come to my home and perform the first service she’s done an excellent job. Very nice person to deal with and covered every spot of the yard and coming from TruGreen. This is already a plus for this company as far as weed control, continued service and customer care. We switched companies and very happy who we chose. Our lawn looks great and had no issues. Told them they couldnt use their big machine to put the treatments down because it wouldn’t fit between our house and our neighbors. No problem, they do it by walking the property. We had electrical work done and they tore our lawn up and this company made it come back looking great. Hoping this continues with great service and our lawn looking great. ~ Jan C

Lawn Doctor applies weed and feed and whatever nutrients it needs for growth and color. They always apply on schedule and leave a list of work done at my door. Since we live in a woodland area, we have the warm weather monthly insect sprays. We never are bothered by ticks and other insects. It’s so much easier than our buying and applying the products. We had a lawn in pretty bad shape from slugs a couple of years ago and had Lawn Doctor treat it. The issue was corrected and we have been using Lawn Doctor ever since and our lawn is lush and free of weeds. So many of our neighbors have commented on how nice we keep our lawn. Lawn Doctor is the best! I have been using them for so many years! They have kept my lawn looking healthy and green. They are always helpful, and have a solution when I call with issues such as grubs, etc. Their technicians are friendly and efficient. Nothing but great things to say about Lawn Dr. of Warren, however my lush, thick green lawn says it all. Employees are diligent and don't race through the applications to get to another customer. I used a different company years ago and my lawn suffered from chemical leaks that burned the grass and received no response from their manager on why. I told them to never come back. ~ Edward C

Most satisfied! I switched from a major competitor to Lawn Doctor last season largely due to the competitor's sales tactics. I love Lawn Doctor's passive suggestions for additional services that are left to me to choose on my own timeline. The results after the first application were terrific and I could see how green and lush the lawn was turning after each of the six application. I have used Lawn Doctor of Warren for the last four years. The workmen who come to the house are professional, polite, and work hard. My lawn has improved in health and appearance . I've tried several competitors but these guys get the best results. It isn't just price. Even after returning for touch ups or spot treatments, for some reason the other guys just never get as good results as Lawn Doctor. Thorough and complete weed control and fertilizing. Great service at a reasonable price. We had another company that charged twice what LD charges....and there's absolutely no difference in the quality of the work.
